When I set out illustrating the Elric brothers, I really wanted something different and closer to what the manga is doing. I had the clothes represent what happened to their bodies. For Al who lost everything I did the "dna" design everywhere where on Ed it only appears on his missing limbs. Anyway, I am very pleased with this.
